These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of web design and development services by Nexzo Technologies (Business Registration No. MA0346679-H), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia and operating under the trade name MyCraftyCode ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("Client," "you," or "your").
By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
We provide custom website design and development services including, but not limited to: landing pages, small business websites, dynamic websites with authentication and databases, e-commerce stores, blog platforms, and website redesigns. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before the project begins via written communication (WhatsApp, email, or a project intake form).
Our standard project rate is USD 150 (or equivalent in other currencies) per website project. This rate is offered for a limited time as we build our portfolio.
After discussing your requirements, we will build a demo version of your website. If you approve the demo, we will issue a Stripe invoice for payment. Once payment is received in full, we will deliver the final source code or assist with deployment to your server.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
We aim to complete most projects within 3 days from the start of development. This timeline is a target based on our best effort and is not a binding guarantee.
Project complexity, revision rounds, and delays in receiving content or feedback from you may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays transparently and agree on a revised timeline where necessary.
Each project includes 1 (one) free design revision. If the initial demo does not meet your expectations, we will rework it once at no additional cost.
Small tweaks and minor adjustments (e.g., text changes, color adjustments, image swaps) during the review process are always included at no charge.
Additional design revisions beyond the 1 free revision, or any new feature requests outside the originally agreed scope, will be quoted separately. You will receive an invoice for these additional services, and payment is required before we begin work on the requested changes.
By default, we do not offer refunds. Due to the nature of custom digital services and the time invested in each project, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are committed to fair outcomes and open communication.
You are responsible for providing your own domain name and web hosting. We can guide you on what to purchase and where to buy, including providing a Hostinger affiliate link for your convenience.
If you request that we purchase domains or hosting on your behalf, we act solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, security breaches, service interruptions, billing issues, or any other problems arising from third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways, even if the account was set up by us on your behalf. You retain full ownership of all third-party accounts.
Upon full payment of the project fee, you receive full ownership of the final code, design, and content we produce for your project. You are free to modify, host, transfer, or use it as you see fit.
Until full payment is received, all work-in-progress, demo files, and source code remain the intellectual property of Nexzo Technologies / MyCraftyCode.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexzo Technologies / MyCraftyCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate the project agreement at any time by providing written notice. If you terminate the project before completion, any deposit or payment made may be retained at our discretion, proportionate to the work completed. If we terminate the project, you will receive a refund for any uncompleted work.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued engagement of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
